Chelsea Boots made from a vinyl base (instead of leather), using silicone and wax to create a slush cast molding
Slits in the back of each boot with a hole at the end to prevent them from tearing (vinyl is traditionally thinner than leather to facilitate getting the doll's feet in and out of them)
Unlike leather, vinyl can be repainted for customization purposes
