As of this date, we have now disbanded USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING to all addresses/destinations outside of the United States. This decision was made due to an influx of packages to these destinations either becoming delayed indefinitely or becoming lost. At the current time, you may place an order for PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL or PRIORITY EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping ONLY. This is a temporary adjustment and will be reviewed within the next few months. By placing an order, you agree to the subtotal cost, the shipping charges and the overall cost of the order. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the physical weights of the products (measured in pounds) and the location of the customer (based on the customer's zip code). Additionally, sales tax charges will be applied for customers in the state of Maryland.
We require a minimum $12.00 order on all transactions. Any order under this amount can still be placed, but will be subjected to a Low Order Fee of an additional $5.00 charge on the checkout page. For example, if you check out with an order subtotal of $10.00, then the subtotal will be adjusted to $15.00 before shipping calculations are applied.
From time to time, individual products may be offered with FREE SHIPPING, denoted as such on its respective listing and at checkout. However, this free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States of America (Alaska and Hawaii subjected to additional surcharges.) International shipping is provided but is not eligible for our free shipping quotes. If a product with FREE SHIPING is ordered with other products that are not being offered with FREE SHIPPING, then shipping charges will only apply to those other products on your order.
In addition, any full order placed through this web site at one time must be shipped in its entirety to qualify for free shipping. This means that products from your order will not be shipped at separate dates; the entire order is paid for and then shipped to you in one delivery. This applies to products currently in stock, not products that are backordered or set for future delivery. The costs for multiple shipments of a single order are circumstantial, established by the specific products from your order. Larger shipping boxes will also be subject to additional charges at our own discretion.

We currently take check/money order or PayPal through this web site. If you would like to pay by credit card (non-Paypal), you may call our store phone number at (301)-740-8830. Or, you may use your credit card through PayPal without even having to set up an account -- there are options available on PayPal's web site to do so.
Orders placed where ALL products are in stock on said order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. We highly recommend that you place items for future shipment separately from items that are currently in stock. If you place in-stock and pre-order items together on one transaction, we will hold your order until all items are in stock and ready to ship.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange for insurance of your full order or individual products in your order. There will be no cancellations on any orders made through the site. Pre-orders also CANNOT be cancelled once payment has been made. When your order is placed, you are agreeing to the prices that the products are listed at at the time of the order. If a product is listed on sale after you've placed your order, you will not receive the sale item price. If you decide to forego your pre-order before the product(s) arrive(s) in stock, you lose ALL monies that have been paid toward each pre-order; there will be no exceptions on this.
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days on damaged merchandise only. Exchanges will be made for damaged items. If the damaged item purchased was the last of our stock, then customer will be given the option for a refund, store credit for future purchases, or to pick out other inventory of equal value. Orders are checked thoroughly before shipping to ensure that products are not broken. You must contact us with an explanation of the damaged merchandise received for our approval in consideration of an exchange. Shipping costs for returns is the sole responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the owner. If an order has been approved for return, the merchandise being sent back to us must be in their original packaging (if applicable), and in the condition that we sent it.
