As of July 2023, USPS no longer offers domestic First-Class shipping as an option for U.S. addresses. It has now been merged with Retail Ground shipping and has been renamed to "USPS Ground Advantage" as the cheaper alternative to Priority Post shipping. It is purported to be a lower cost parcel service that guarantees coast-to-coast deliveries to U.S. addresses in 2 - 5 business days for all packages totaling under 25 pounds each.

As of March 2021, we no longer offer First-Class International shipping on this web site. This decision was made due to an influx of packages becoming lost or delayed indefinitely. International customers you may place an order for Priority International or Priority Express International shipping through this web site only, depending on what USPS allows for individual countries of destination. If you are interested in First-Class International shipping (applicable to orders that do not exceed a combined total weight of 4 lbs. or less), please contact us directly through phone or e-mail at the contact information listed on our homepage to discuss at our discretion. You may also contact us with any additional questions you may have.




PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICIES


By placing an order through our web site, you agree to the subtotal cost, the shipping charges and the overall cost of the order. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the physical weight of the total order (measured in pounds) and the location of the customer, based on the customer's zip code. Due to updated Maryland tax laws in 2022, we are required to add sales tax charges on the total order for all addresses in the United States. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping service.

Orders are not to be cancelled once they have been placed through this web site due to a change of heart. If the wrong item(s) was ordered by accident or oversight, please let us know so that we can correct it before shipping. Please review your order carefully before proceeding. If this order system is abused, you may be prohibited from placing an order on here in the future and will need to contact us directly.

Periodically, individual products may be offered with free shipping, denoted as such on their respective product listing and during checkout. However, this free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states in the United States of America (Alaska and Hawaii are subjected to additional surcharges on a case-by-case basis.) If a product eligible for free shipping is ordered with other products at the same which are not, then shipping charges will still apply exclusively to the non-eligible products as well as the cost to ship. International customers are advised to contact us directly and we will get reach out to you; free shipping is not offered for customers outside of the United States.

Any full order placed through this web site that has a product eligible for free shipping will be shipped in its entirety at one time. This means that products from your order will not be shipped individually at separate dates; the entire order is paid for and then shipped to you in one delivery. If products on your order are not yet available (on pre-order or backorder), then the order will be held until everything has arrived. Larger shipping boxes will be subjected to additional charges on a case-by-case basis at our own discretion. If you do not agree to these policies, we suggest you contact us directly and do not order through this web site.






PAYMENT AND PRE-ORDER / BACKORDER POLICIES


At this time, we currently offer PayPal as the only payment option through this web site. If you would like to use credit card as payment, you have two additional options. You can select PayPal on our checkout page and you will be able to use your credit card through their secure server without being a member of PayPal or even having to set up an account with them. There are options available to do so on their checkout page. Or, you may call our business at the number listed on our home page. You may also pay by check or money order options by contacting us directly.

Orders that are placed where all products are available in stock at that time will be shipped upon receipt of payment within the next few business days. It is strongly encouraged that you place orders with all products in stock, and keep pre-order or backorder products on separate orders, as this will delay you from receiving any of the products from your order. If you do decide to place in-stock and pre-order items together in one transaction, then your order will be held until everything is available. You may contact us to have in-stock items shipped in advance, but please be advised that there may be additional shipping charges requested to cover all costs.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail at the contact information on our home page if you would like to arrange for insurance, signature confirmation or other services that USPS offers. Once payment has been sent, pre-orders are not to be cancelled regardless of reason, as we order our quantities based on customer feedback from pre-ordering. We do not have any control over when pre-order products will arrive or if there is a delay in production or delivery times. When your order is placed, you are agreeing to wait for the arrival of pre-order products. If a product is listed on sale after you've placed your order, you are not eligible to receive the sale price. If you decide to forgo your pre-order before the product is available, then you will forfeit all monies paid toward the order; there are to be no exceptions on this. If you are not comfortable with these policies, then you may contact us directly and should not order through this web site.





RETURNS


We will accept merchandise returns if the customer ships back within seven (7) days from when they received their order. Returns will apply only to damaged merchandise (that was not stated explicitly in its product description at the time the order was placed), or incorrect merchandise sent in error. If the damaged item purchased was the last remaining from our inventory, then the customer will be given the option of a refund, credit applied toward any future purchases, or to exchange for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. We do our best to check merchandise condition before we ship. You must e-mail us at the contact information provided on our home page with an explanation of the damaged merchandise received so that we may review and discuss a resolution.

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the owner depending on the circumstances of the order and the merchandise in question. If an order has been approved for return, the merchandise being sent back to us must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable), and the current condition of damage must be the same as when we sent it. If you do not agree with these policies before ordering, then you may contact us directly and should not order through this web site.
